Here’s How It Works

* to connect to our expert securely will involve you entering a 6 digit access code. You will be prompted to download a small, virus-free plug-in which allows your support representative temporary access to view your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard. At any time during a support session, you can take control of your computer just by moving your mouse. You will be in charge at all times. When you close the session all traces of the remote software is automatically removed from your computer and we will not be able to reconnect to your computer.
