After we receive your hard drive or media, our engineers will perform a free, non-intrusive evaluation to determine the causes of failure and extent of the data loss problem. After this assessment we are able provide you with a prompt fixed price quote with no hidden charges. Our data recovery services come with a 'No Data -No Fee' guarantee which protects you in the unlikely event that we are unable to recover your data.
We do not begin recovery work until we have your approval.
2. Recovery Of Your Data
Upon your approval, our engineers will proceed with the recovery of your data. Depending upon the nature of the data loss we may need to use advanced software recovery tools, repair or replace components, or perform other complex data recovery techniques that require expertise and specialist equipment. All data recovery is performed in a secure lab environment and if necessary clean room facilities. Once your data is recovered, it is transferred to another media where we can perform any further repairs and quality testing.
3. Return Recovered Data to Client
Once we have recovered your data, we return all recovered data to you on the destination media of your choice. Some possible destination media includes CD, DVD, internal or external hard disk, online delivery via FTP. Depending upon how quickly you require your recovered data we offer delivery via online, courier, or po. You may choose whether you want your original media securely destroyed or returned along with the recovered data.
Once you have received and verified your recovered data, we will permanently erase all traces that we have securely stored in our backup facility.
